Ross McLauran Madden, J.D., received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. In addition to his private practice, he has taught corporate law, estate planning, probate law, and taxation.
Since 1980, when he was admitted to the California Bar, he has practiced continuously in the area of real estate law, probate and estate planning. Since 1990, he has also worked as a mediator, and, more recently, as an arbitrator as well.
Mr. Madden has an LLM graduate law degree in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution. His graduate thesis, “The Three Poisons: A Buddhist Guide To Conflict Resolution", is now available.
